The hotel is located very close to "TC8 Soldeu" ski lift, so it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are very good.

Acta Arthotel in Andorra la Vella features a local gastronomy restaurant, "Plato restaurant", a spa with a sauna and Turkish baths. All rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access. Very good location within walking distance to all major tourist sites, and only 400 meters from the bus terminal which is very helpful to us because we take a bus from Barcelona. Many restaurants and eateries nearby. Very spacious room and sparklingly clean, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Well, we love this place!

Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

How the staff treats us above everything else. They are the most wholesome and willing to help always! The rooms are amazing too

Best hotel in Andorra with the best staff. Rooms are clean, spacious. We had everything we needed during our stay. This place is the definition of comfort. Great location as well just 2 min walk from the Pyrenees store if you're on a shopping trip.

The Hotel Parador de Canolich - Only Adults is located on the outskirts of the tiny village of Bixessarri, in Andorra. Very cozy hotel located in a beautiful place. Friendly staff and clean, very comfortable rooms.

The elegant Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness has an ideal setting, near the commercial center of Andorra La Vella. Its luxury accommodations is popular among famous actors, artists and politicians. I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.

Located in Escaldes-Engordany and with Naturland reachable within 10 miles, The Blackpine Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout... It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.
