Everything about the place is perfect. All of the staff is incredibly polite and well trained. Haza Ali especially put in a lot of effort to make sure I was comfortable. The property itself is brilliant with spacious rooms which are aesthetically designed. The breakfast was perfect, the hotel is centrally located and the views are great too. To emphasize on how good the customer service is, I forgot my phone tripod at the hotel and Sabina, very promptly found a way to send it to Baku (for free) She's definitely your go to person if you need any help! She really makes things click. All and all, this is quite easily the best hotel experience I had on my trip in Azerbaijan. Highly recommend it!

We took the lake view 2BR suite and although the lake is a man made lake around 20x20mt sq, the room size, cleanliness and the helpful nature of the owner and all of his staff members exceeded our expectations. We did not do much around the area, as it was only a break in our journey from Sheki via Lahich to Baku so cannot speak for the place but the rooms are new, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, the heating was nice and warm. The breakfast next day was quite adventerous due to the communication gap (the staff did not speak english) but the food itself was yum and our waiter was very kind and well mannered.

The staff was really amazing. The hotel interior was beautiful. We loved the professionalism and the kindness. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim from the staff who recommended us many great places to visit, activities to do and helped us find a rental car.

The location is perfect, there is a direct exit to nizami street which was great! Breakfast is also nice
