Very calm: next to the jungle and close to the center. Facilities were super clean and comfortable, very nice bed Free fill of water bottles.

Located in La Fortuna town, San Bosco Inn offers an outdoor pool and lush gardens, free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms with garden views. The Arenal Volcano is 3.1 mi away. Everything was perfect! San Bosco Inn is located in downtown La Fortuna, so it's easy to move around. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is included, so take advantage of the buffet. If the sky is clear, you will have an amazing view of El Arenal volcano.

Offering direct access to the beach, Lanna Ban Hotel is located in Puerto Viejo. The hotel features an exotic garden and contemporary Thai architecture. Free WiFi access is available. Great hotel with a lovely pool area and abundance of wildlife. Also very comfortable rooms set in lovely gardens. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is only a short distance from Puerto Viejo town and easy by tuktuk or bike.

Located on the banks of River Baru, Hotel Villas Río Mar is also within a walking distance of 2953 feet from the Village of Dominical. I love this place. 😍 The restaurant/bar is fab. The gardens are magnificent. My room was perfectly nice, and the bathroom was large. There's also a little terrace for chilling outside, in privacy. The pool area is wonderful, and a second pool for exercise is very useful. It's also in a great location - next to the river, and a short, flat drive to Dominical. Absolutely loved it, and will definitely stay longer next time. 🤩

This tropical hotel is located next to Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano, 3.7 mi from La Fortuna. It offers a natural hot spring, outdoor adventure activities, a luxurious spa and scenic volcano views. Amazing place, we'll definitely want to visit again. So beautiful and the hot springs were gorgeous. We stayed there for almost 3 weeks with our 1 year old baby. Some of the pools were chlorine free which was perfect for us and for the baby. The pools were all in different temperature so we could easily find a fitting one for our baby. The restaurant was great with some vegan options, affordable prices just slightly more expansive than downtown. The staff was so kind, they even bought our baby a birthday gift for his one year old celebration. Little souvenirs shop with cute things. One of the best views to the volcano. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage place. Warmly recommended! Either with your partner, children or just even for a day entry to the hot springs. Located in Uvita, 8.1 miles from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, Ballena Rey Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.. Beautiful garden and pool.

Pool is placed in the perfect place with amazing view. Room was really spacious and extraordinary clean. Nature surrounding the hotel makes your experience staying there even more spectacular.

Located in Fortuna, 2.9 miles from La Fortuna Waterfall, Cabañas del Rio has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a garden. This place is made by its people. The manager Leonardo is the soul of this small hotel. Maybe it’s not much fancy and chic but it’s really nice and clear. You have breakfast at the terrace together with colourful birds and squirrels who are having their breakfast. There’s a small but well cared pool. And don’t forget about frog tour with Leonardo.

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. What a gorgeous gem of a place. This was our favorite place we stayed out of four locations around Costa Rica. Stunning, lush landscaped grounds, beautiful big porch to enjoy the nature and birds flying around, perfect location on main road in close proximity to La Fortuna and all its attractions and amenities. Our little villa was private, spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful, huge bathroom. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
