The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always making sure everything was ok. The restaurant manager greeted me and made sure I was really happy...just because. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel with the treatment they gave. Was completely unexpected. This hotel is a nonprofit hotel too! The manager upgraded my room without me asking or expecting it. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very very clean and nice bathroom. Was nice and relaxing.

Set 15 minutes’ walk from the town center of Ilulissat, HOTEL SØMA Ilulissat has spectacular views of the world famous Ilulissat Icefjord. Lovely room, great view and was handy having the little kitchen, I didn't use it but would be great for anyone looking to save money.

Best Western Plus Hotel Ilulissat features a fitness center, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Ilulissat. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a tour desk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional especially John and Grace in the restaurant. Thea baked amazing gluten free bread and cookies. Vivio was friendly and excellent member of house keeping staff. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinner menu delicious!

HHE Express has accommodations in Nuuk. This 3-star hotel offers a tour desk. The hotel has family rooms. At the hotel, rooms include a desk and a flat-screen TV. Staff was exceptional nice, warming and efficient. It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.

The owners were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay! The housekeeper was also very friendly and her work ethics are amazing! I also liked the fact that I could look out the bedroom window or lay down in bed and see the northern lights!

Very nice hotel with scenic views. Good breakfast and superb experience to have while watching icebergs. Perfect! Transfer to the airport very convenient.
