Set in attractive grounds in a small, typically Guatemalan community just outside (5 minutes by Uber) from the centre of Antigua, with stunning views of hills and volcanoes. Casa Buho is a family run bed and breakfast hotel with exceptional quality rooms. This was a great place to stay as we had already spent a month in town, but would also be good if you want to be away from the noise and bustle of the town.

This property is a wonderful oasis on the lake. The pool area is beautiful and the photos on the website do not do it any justice. We loved our room with the view of the volcanos and the balcony. The food was good as were the cocktails. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the boat trip that we did to other villages on the lake shore.

The Hotel-Villas Jabel Tinamit are in a perfect central location in Panajachel. The staff are friendly, kind and very efficient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I throughly enjoy the breakfast, especially appreciated the fresh fruit. The property with all their plants and flowers has multiple areas for sitting and relaxing. I took advantage of the staff helping me coordinate transportation to and from the airport, which worked out perfect.

Located in Quetzaltenango, a 8-minute walk from Quetzaltenango Central Park, Hotel Casolia has a number of amenities including a shared lounge, a terrace, a restaurant and free WiFi. I was blown away by the hospitality of the host. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service throughout my stay, they made me feel truly valued. The room was cozy and spotless. I can't recommend this hotel enough, thanks to its lovely host :)

Mestizo Antigua features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Antigua Guatemala. The staff were very helpful and efficient. They helped us organise our transfers too. The room was cleaned every day to perfection as well!
