Featuring free WiFi, a spa center, meandering outdoor pool and a salt water pool. The Cliff Hotel offers accommodations in Negril. Words would not do justice to my experience at this hotel. We celebrated our 20th anniversary which will be unforgettable. Excellent cuisine that I would rate a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Staff professional, helpful and courteous. Our experience was exceptional as I have been sharing with friends and family.

We had an incredible stay! The room was immaculately clean, definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Everything was fresh, tidy, and well-maintained. The property also felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality was truly top tier, she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was always delicious, with the option of a tasty Jamaican breakfast or a continental one if you preferred. It was the perfect way to start each day. The location is amazing! It’s just one minute from Rick’s Café and about nine minutes from the party strip, which made it ideal for Dream Weekend. We loved being so close to the events but still having a peaceful place to relax afterward. Highly recommend this spot, you’ll get comfort, convenience, and outstanding service all in one place!

The staff that runs the hotel is very kind and always willing to help. The hotel is really nice and quite different from what you find anywhere else.

I loved the old school Jamaica Hospitality. The flowers in the room and the ones that come with room service. The staff really seem to enjoy working at Jamaica Inn and that comes across to the guests. The complimentary cocktail on the Beach and the High tea. The grounds are lovely and the beach area was free of seaweed.
