The hotel was very nice: clean, nicely furnished, well located. But the staff was just exceptional! Super professional, friendly, extremely helpful and honest. It’s safe to say that our trip wouldn’t be as enjoyable without Liezl’s help and tips, so we’re very grateful and would definitely recommend the place!

The Petra Moon Luxury Hotel is conveniently located opposite of the main entrance to Petra. It has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The rooms a nice, well equipped, came with a free minibar, and are absolutely clean. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful doing their best to help you to a great stay - the Concierge even had a gift for my ten year old son. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. The hotel also has a free underground parking. I cannot comment on the Spa facilities and the rooftop pool - due to the few guests these were not open. What is sad to see is that the hotel like all the others are lacking guests during high season due to the Gaza war. Jordan felt absolutely safe and it is the perfect time to visit sites like Petra which are otherwise certainly quite crowded.
