Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Staff is so curtious. Hospitality is amazing, especially Kiki ( Muhammad Rafique) is an excellent guy who always ready to support. Its very clean and all staff is call away for room service all the time. Strongly recommend.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, dining out, etc. The pool area is really nice and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to Penang.
