In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.

The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to Masjid Nabawi. The staff were incredibly helpful, spoke excellent English, and even accommodated an early check-in by two hours. We were so pleased with our experience that we ended up extending our stay by an extra day!
