Values for money. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel quite new and spacious. Nice onsen inside the room suitable for parent who bring kids. Remember to bring swimsuits if plan to go outdoor swimming pool.

Real talk: probably my favorite hotel stay ever. Almost junior suite sized rooms with kitchen nooks. Free snacks and drinks after 1pm at 16th floor lounge. Laundry facilities (100TWD for wash+dry, detergent available). MRT around a corner.

Located in Taipei and with The Red House reachable within a 5-minute walk, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Taipei Ximen provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi throughout... The breakfast was great. A woman at the front desk went over and beyond to help my friend and I with recommendations. I can't recall her name, but she lived in the US (Houston and Portland) at one time.
