Cost, clean, friendly, convenient

We stayed here with our three-year-old daughter during the summer vacation, and she had an amazing time spending every day in the huge playroom and swimming pool. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. Our room featured a private hot spring bath, and the bathroom was also generously sized, making it an excellent choice for families with children.

There’s a lot to like about the beds were very comfortable. The view from our room was great. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We enjoyed the hot and cold springs in the room. The Qixingli trail is a short walk from the hotel. You get beautiful views and a great way to burn off the breakfast buffet.

The room is very spacious, and the four single beds are very comfortable.

Service is excellent. When we checked in, the front desk noticed that my mother has a little hard time walking. She said that the original room we booked has stairs inside and may not be as convenient so suggested another room type. Another staff member showed us the original room we booked to make sure my mother is able to access upstairs. How thoughtful was that! And buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. Room is so comfortable. Public hot bath is clean and therapeutic. There was a free concert in the lobby in the evening. We are definitely coming back!

It was my first visit and I will definitely be back if I visit Yilan again. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy!! There are free snacks and drinks too. Rooms slipper are SUPER comfy, it is made in good quality. Close to 7-11 and other stores. Few mins of walking distance. Nearby bus stations too!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. We loved our private hotspring with views overlooking the town. We didn’t hear much noise from trains or other people. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile when greeting us. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. They offer more variety on the weekends vs weekdays but still great breakfast choices. The hotel is close to the night market but walking there is not easy due to the very narrow streets in Luodong. Overall would definitely stay here again if we return to Luodong!

Excellent breakfast with wide variety of Taiwanese cuisine

The hotel is stunning. The onsen bath in the room is huge and pours natural spring water directly from the source. The breakfast was Japanise style, served beautifully. The location is great. Room itself is very pretty and stylish. Most of the staff don't speak English, but theh use translator that works just fine.

The room was comfy but a bit small. The tub, however, was wonderful and very large. We enjoyed the communal hot spring and the other amenities. The breakfast was also nice. The location was perfect.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast. Taking the free bikes around was very cool, plenty of trails (follow the river). Right by the night market and train station, so easy to walk

The staff in the game room were excellent with the kids. Breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. We stayed in the themed family room and the room comes with lots of kid amenities including kid slippers and robes and tons of toys and books. And even a stool for the bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing! There are different options for different days; it's a set meal. Rice is optional, there is coffee or tea available. There was also an afternoon tea time but really it's snacks but can be also treated like an early dinner option with the various choices! The room that we stayed in was amazing! The onsen on the bathroom itself was amazing! Everything was wonderful and amazing. It's near a convenience stores, there are restaurants near there and parks.

Rooms are spacious and very kid friendly. The 2 floor playarea is a children's dream! Clean and not crowded, something for all ages, even a massage chair for the parents! Also great location in Yilan, only walking distance from Luodong Market and very many shops nearby.

Such a great location right near the beach and walkable to the museum and street food vendors. We loved the game room and having a balcony. The buffer breakfast was varied and delicious. We also had the rooftop pool all to ourselves. So nice!

Great location within walking distance to the main street with plenty of food options. Breakfast provided was simple but the taste was good.

Very kind and helpful reception staff, exceptionally clean room, great views, well maintained property. The beds are very comfortable. The location is convenient to the train and Old Street. Overall a very nice stay.
