I like all about the property. After a long drive, seeing faces smiles to you and welcomes you is the best thing you get as a first impression ♥️ is that all? Nope! They actually serve welcome drinks in the terrace! delicious Prosecco 🥂Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is also so good and you even don’t need to look for a place for dinner because you already have a very good restaurant with a view🫠 If we ever come back, I know a great place to stay. Thanks for everything, with love from Copenhagen 🇩🇰
Offering free WiFi, this hotel is located just 164 feet from the Moselle River. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the terrace or explore the area on rental bicycles, which the hotel can arrange.

Breakfast was abundant in options and with selected products.
The size of the room and the bathroom was really good. Very confortable.
The wine cellar was a must! Perfect to relax in the end of the day.
Sabine is very friendly, always available, and did everything to ensure we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent, service as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived early and the rooms weren't ready, they allowed us to put our bags in the rooms. I would recommend booking in the main building, rather than the apartment.

I was sceptic for the buffet dinner. But turned out that quality was very good. There was roasted venison, stuffed turkey, some fish and a variety of salads, desserts etc. All quite tasty and nicely presented.
As for the room: I am not sure why the king size bed had to be two joined beds. So there was a 'gap' in the middle. Otherwise the room was excellent, clean with nice furniture. Bathroom was also clean, no smells, everything very good.
We had a room with river view, which is spectacular: the castle, the city and at night everything was illuminated.
The spa facilities were also very nice. There were not many people there, which made the whole experience quite 'personal'.

We absolutely loved Villa Vie! The room was large and provided comfortable amenities (bed, chaise lounge). Our room had a castle/river view which was breathtaking! They have tons of wine to take to your room or share on the patio that overlooks the river / castle.

Especially if you have only 1 night, like we had, it is not only a lovely location with top view(s) of the river Meuse (Mosel), but as it is a very small town, you can get a very good impression just spending a morning walking around.
Weather was too cold (especially since it is supposed to be Spring..), so we skipped the stair climbing walking path to the castle this time. Instead, had a lovely coffee with waffles at a small place which had the largest collection of (old) coffee grinders I have ever seen.
Saw quite some places for having a wine or dine in Beilstein, outside our own hotel. But we were very content to experience the hotel and all it had to offer.

Beautiful small village on the Mosel with an historic castle and history. All of the places to eat I would personally rate as excellent and fantastic wine and beer is on sale everywhere. An ideal central location for sightseeing throughout the area and my family are looking forward to returning soon.

You can get through the town of Beilstein in about 20 minutes! Very picturesque and full of little places to drink wine and have a nice meal. Old castle ruins sits atop a hill above the town and a free ticket to this was included in our accommodation. Definitely recommend staying in this town for a weekend to tour the Mosel valley. Just beautiful.

Hidden gem tucked away nicely between the much busier towns...
Hidden gem tucked away nicely between the much busier towns of Zell and Cochem. The castle seems to be the main attraction at first but there are great nature escapes via the Mosel or the nearby vineyards if you really want your peace and quiet. The restaurants fill up pretty quickly in the evenings, especially the ones with coveted terrace views of the river. The weather was particularly cooperative for early August in Germany so that was also a plus. The Carmelite Church of St. Josef overlooks the town and is extremely tranquil inside. It also boasts a cafe with super views of the Mosel and is open daily. We stayed in Beilstein during the week so the town was enjoyably quiet.

Beilstein is a little gem, set in one of the many...
Beilstein is a little gem, set in one of the many spectacularly beautiful parts of the River Mosel. An old town with many excellent, friendly restaurants. Lots of opportunities for walking, hiking, cycling and sightseeing by river, road or train.
I was truly touched by the genuine warmth and hospitality of the proprietors. I could tell they take great pleasure in extending hospitality to their guests, that it is a joy for them and not a chore. I could tell they take pride in their hotel and in what they do. I also appreciated the safe storage of my bicycle in their locked garage. Also, in general, it’s worth it to spend the night in Beilstein to be able to enjoy it in the evening after the daytrippers leave and again in the morning before they arrive.
Sabin Lipmann and staff made us feel right at home the minute we arrived. The room was ready for our early arrival which was awesome.
The facility was spectacular and the view from the room to the Mosel river was the very best.
Couldn't wait to go down for breakfast, the food was awesome and the view was breath taking.
Sabin made sure that our every want was taken care of.
Would surely recommend and go back if possible.
Thanks for a great first break since CODIV-19.

Solid, clean and well-furbished house, with good outdoor space and balconies, also providing enclosed space for the dog. We were six adults and it still felt like we had plenty of space.
Easy walking distance to the heart of picturesque Beilstein, and access to the Mosel Valley, but tucked behind the castle, away from the river, town centre and tourist bustle.
Good support from our hostess, and her bread delivery service was appreciated.
Vast apartment, well situated in Beilstein. Great breakfast in the hotel. Very clean and quiet (inspite of more than 300 bikers in the small village!). There is a terrace on the other side of the Schlossgasse you may use any time. Castle Metternich is only a 10 minute walk away with a great view from the top of the tower on the river and the village, nice café with small restauration. The ferry service across the river is very efficient
The property is first class. Situated just off the main Mosel road with adequate parking space and an easy walk all around Beilstein. The property is well furnished, exceptionally clean and more than adequate. The facilities are first class with plenty of places to choose where to have a pleasant relaxing evening meal. Breakfast is included in the tariff and the choices are varied and the food exceptional.
The hotel and its facilities (and host) were absolutely fantastic; location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and eggs were freshly made upon arriving in the morning. We spent a late afternoon in the Spa, which was great; it is very clean and has a large relax area with a view of the streets below and of the mountain. It has been a VERY comfortable stay at this hotel.
The location is perfect, away from everything, but close enough to town if you're looking for something different...Frau Lippmann and her staff are excellent hosts, with a great restaurant serving up delicious breakfasts every morning!
Our suite #105 has excellent views of the Mosel...We are loving our stay here, and could not be happier with our choice!
Gem of a hotel right on the river in this picturesque village.
Rooms are spacious with lovely views of the village, mountains and river.
Breakfast was tasty and well presented.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. We had a few requests and they managed to help us with all of them. Thank you for making our stay so exceptional!
Nice location, big comfortable room, delicious breakfast and food in restaurant, good wine. The staff was helpful with any question we had and paid attention to us and other guests. A bus stop is about 2 min. from the hotel, with regular buses to the surrounding villages. This is an excellent way of moving from one place to the other.
Breakfast was good. Not overdone, but just what you need in the morning. Staff is excellent. Location is superb.
The restaurant is very good. Quality good, selection good and prices good. We kept going back to the hotel for our meals.
we had the studio apartment so the room was very comfortable and big. The breakfast is very versatile and each morning it was a pleasure to enjoy this lovely buffet. The hotel itself is located at a very beautiful village.
Big newly renovated apartment with a balcony overlooking Beilstein. Really good breakfast. Host was very kind, she did not speak English but she had a English speaking friend help translate during check-in.
Very helpfull staff. A super surprice was the quality of the dinner. With an experiance of more than 600 hotels throughout the world, this dinner ends up on the podium.
Comfortable room and bed. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. The local castle was on site and entrance was free for hotel guests!
