I had to take very early morning train. The hotel is super near the airport and train station, easy to access. The room was quite and clean that I could sleep very well after 13 hrs flight. Kind staffs prepared breakfast box. Fully satisfied.

We arrived late in the evening and discovered that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. However, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and immediately changed our room without any hassle or drama. They were very polite and accommodating throughout the process.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel’s shuttle bus service to the airport was very convenient, making our travels much easier.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

Located close to the airport. Basically a room with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed and great shower.
Hosts were always very responsive and helpful....Peter was basically waiting for us outside when we arrived the first time (stayed a second time as well).
There is also a good bakery right across the street.

From our hotel, we walked a few inutes to the main road which had 3 petrol station, 2 Turkish food restaurant, 1 Vietamese restaurant, 1 Sushi restaurant, 1 Greek restaurant, 1 small Cafe.
It is ideal for a short stay and is very close to the Airport and Autobahn.

Nice quiet comfortable place. Room & shower area refurbished to high standard. Helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Clean place. I recommend Neu Isenburg. 2.1km from S-Bahn. I walked in evening and took Taxi in morning back to S-Bahn(Euros10.00 cash only).

I think this is an excellent hotel for staying close to the airport, making it ideal for business travelers. I wish there had been a shuttle to old downtown Frankfurt, but otherwise I was happy to stay there.

Great location for overnight stay for early flight out of Frankfurt airport. Nice hotel, friendly staff and on site restaurant with good food was a plus. Beds were a bit soft but comfortable. Also very close to a gas station that made it easy to fuel up before car rental return. I would choose this hotel again when I return to Germany.

Very convenient for Frankfurt airport, good food at a reasonable price. Clean and comfortable. No reception staff if there is any kind of problem, automated check in and check out. We had a problem with both, even the member of staff we eventually found had a problem.

The hotel staff were friendly and the room was a nice size. There is no coffee pot or tea kettle in the room, but snacks are available in the lobby and there is a grocery store near by. The hotel offers a park and fly deal, but there was no hotel shuttle mid-day and the taxi ride from the airport is nearly 30 euro. Not sure it ends up being worth the stay due to not having shuttle service from the airport. There was shuttle service in the morning.
