Right at the beach. The dinner at the restaurant was great and the breakfast as well. Staff was very helpful.

The owner, Jorge, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Habib spoke English very well and was most helpful. Location across the street from the river beachfront; it was lovely. Restaurant downstairs was convenient with decent food. Room with balcony was wonderful.
