the location for Mont V. is fantastic, but that does not compare with the kind staff. Richard went above and beyond making our 2 night stay exceptional. Short story, we rode for 3 hours up and down the Giant of Provence, but wanted Pizza. Unfortunately there were no Taxis in the area, so Richard drove us to Bedouin and even picked us up. We had a great evening and big breakfast the next morning to ride into Rousillon. We have talked about cycling Mont Ventoux, but staying in a great place that made us feel welcome makes our adventure that much special.

Metafort is a hidden gem on the tip of the village Méthamis. As you are being revealed to its inner yard, you are taken back by the breathtaking view and the pristine coloured pool. As a single cyclist, Marceau was ideal…from breakfast (which Fanny made for me early a couple times due to early rides), to secure bike storage, & just a helpful and friendly vibe…Fanny & her husband go out of their way to make your stay comfortable & pleasant.
