The location was ideal near the man road, yet very quiet, and we were greeted on our arrival by our host who was very helpful and welcoming.
The accommodation was extensive, with fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory and an enclosed garden where we could exercise our dogs. The accommodation was on the edge of the village, which had an excellent play area facility for children of all ages. Most importantly there was also an excellent restaurant in the village, ideal after a long journey from Cherbourg.
A good location for a hassle-free stay in Montbazon, Logis du Lièvre d'or is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

We enjoyed getting a tour of the farm and meeting the animals. The breakfast was wonderful and our room was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated finding this lovely property to close to the chateaus we wanted to tour.

What a absolute beauty of a Chateau, Emmanuel was welcoming and informative, and Breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade Jam) Property was a Jewel in the wild to explore, just Loved our stay!

The hosts were fantastic, the location idyllic very quiet. The meal what Annie the host presented was excellent, me and my wife,a German couple with their 2 boys(aged 13 & 16) and the hosts all Sat round the farmhouse table together to eat the meal. The meal lasted about 3 hours and the conversation never stopped, a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The other bonus was a swimming pool.
