We went to Rjukan to visit the heavy water plant and take the train/ funicular up Skillnarden. The cold, wet weather only added to the imposing and threatening nature of the factory and shaded town. As there was no sun, the mirrors could not reflect any light into the town square.

Nice, big rooms, good bed/mattress. Slightly old-school bathroom, but still clean and ok. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
