Spent a night at the St. Regis in celebration of my partner’s birthday and my experience felt like home. The staff were extremely welcoming which made the check in/out process easy. The cleanliness of the room was amazing; I loved the details and design of the guest room we stayed in, in addition to the lovely downtown Toronto view. Not only this but the butler team at the St. Regis is exceptionally great. Sherick, went above and beyond my expectations, which made my experience even better. Moreover, the service we received at the Iridium SPA and at Louix Louis was wonderful, I recommend the breakfast at this restaurant.

Built in 1914, this downtown Toronto hotel blends historic charm and elegance with modern conveniences. St. Lawrence Market and the Hockey Hall of Fame are less than 10 minutes' walk away. The stuff was excellent, everybody was so friendly and wanted to help us with everything (we had trouble with our luggage at the airport and they took care of everything), especially a lady in the reception called Paris. The hotel lobby was perfect with its bar and restaurant. The rooms were exactly as we saw them before the booking and everyday we had our room cleaned. The bathroom was good too. Definitely we are visiting this hotel again.

Located in downtown Toronto, less than 5 minutes' walk from the financial district, Hotel Victoria offers free WiFi. The Hockey Hall of Fame is 3 minutes' walk away. Staff were very polite and the room was clean. Also well decorated throughout (rooms and lobby).
