The room was bigger than average in Shenzhen. They gave free upgrade with bigger bed when my niece wanted to join. We went end of February, so the hotel was not busy. Hotel is at the far upper entrance of Hakka town mainstreet, seen from the perspective of MRT station.

The room was a really good size, there was enough desk space and I loved the automated curtains which opened as you went in (I know it is childish but….). Staff were friendly, spoke English and the ultimate bonus was that the metro station was directly underneath the hotel. The Children’s centre In the same complex was an intriguing concept but it was a pleasure to see so many children having fun so it shouldn’t put guests off.

I travelled with my baby and staff were super helpful to me. Sam in club lounge was amazing help with the baby each time we went into club area. Maria added my WeChat and was always happy to answer questions, solve problems and ask how we are.

The chefs at the restaurant we had breakfast and dinner made special desserts for us. That made my daughter and us happy and precious. The weather wasn’t nice at all when we stayed there but we enjoyed wonderful pools and beach. There is indoor pool as well. Kids had fun there. We would like to come back again.
