Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Large room, no noise from surrounding suites. Large bathroom with strong shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dog bed and bowls provided, ready in the room when we arrived. Nice, quiet area with planty of shops and footpaths. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel Franky was a nice place to stay. It looks like the entire place was recently renovated. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly. Everything was clean and functional. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood (Volksdorf), although it is a little bit far from the city center. However, the area is well serviced by the U-Bahn.

Loved this hotel! We travelled with our dog - 15 Euros extra but he received a welcome treat, his own bowl and blanket. Our room had a door opening directly on to the carpark so we could take him out for a walk without going through reception. We had a meal at the restaurant- if you want to treat yourself or have a special occasion it was well worth it. Staff and owner were excellent. Fantastic stay!

Landhaus Hammoor is a delightful country hotel with an exceptional gourmet restaurant. This is our second stay here on road trips between Norway and Europe. The rooms are spacious, the beds exceptionally comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient, and the food - both dinner and breakfast - superb! This is our go-to hotel when we are in the Hamburg area. Highly recommend!

It was near a train station in Poppenbüttel so we could take an S-train into the city. Room was very spacious and nice and the Bathroom was great. Christina was great. Very friendly and helpful.
