To begin, with the host was constantly checking on what we needed and if everything was up to standards. Anything that I asked or needed they replied really quickly. The house was SUPER clean and they had prepared us breakfast sandwiches as asked which was delicious. The house was super cosy and warm throughout the day and night and the lockbox was easy to get the key from. It had loads of amenities such as a fresh bottle of milk and water along with slippers and towels. They even had toothbrushes and things that you would expect at a bounce hotel. I would stay here again after having an excellent sleep. The person who slept on the sofa bed also said it was very cosy because it was close to the radiator so it was nice and warm also with the bed being laid out kindly by the host. It was also handy for having its own parking space with the house that I could use and the area was nice and quiet. It's also super close to a Tesco express. The host also let us stay a little longer for checkout since no one had booked the next day which I thought was very kind. My mum also left her glasses by accident and we didn't know and they were quick to send it over to us and let us know. Overall an excellent stay!

Close to local amenities and supermarkets etc but far enough away to not see or hear any of it. The room was delightful and comfortable. Shower was perfect nice and powerful. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. Overall an excellent stop over stay for us and recommend to anyone else considering it. The host was very accommodating and very pleasant to speak with.

The hotel is not a boutique hotel and doesn’t pretend to be. For the price the facilities are great. The room big and very comfortable bed. Hot shower, big white towels, very friendly staff, that’s a big plus. Free car parking at weekends. Very quiet. It’s restaurant is like a sports bar, so not my thing but food is okay. Typical British dinner. The breakfast is really good. Worth having.

The Coach House was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and suited us perfectly. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful spot at the back of the Sherwood Park Estate, can recommend the Chineham Arms, a five minute walk away for lunch. Communication before and during our stay was excellent and Diane went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay.
