The host was amazing, gave me instructions when I was getting there early to check in, and gave us late checkout with no charge to keep our bags safe as the room wasn't in use after us. Stayed in contact via whatsapp throughout process. Clean, quiet, and comfortable large bedroom. There is a room with sweet breakfast packeted treats, unlimited tea, and coffee available throughout the day, not just for breakfast. Would recommend. Excellent location! We stopped in Verona for one night as we had bought tickets to the Opera. This was the nearest accommodation we could find for a decent price (still higher than all our other hotels on the trip). The apartment is in a lovely building, well maintained, with spacious rooms. Our room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean, everything smelled really good (I even looked at the fragrance diffuser they were using to buy it for myself). The coffee machine in the room and the small basket of snacks were a nice touch.
