Before the trip, she wrote us on WhatsApp to give all instructions, we didn't have to bother her, we could enter to the apartment at any time. She provided us two bottles of fresh water and also the bottle of wine. The accommodation is stunning and smells amazing. The design is beautiful, lots of wood and colours of Earth, we can feel that everything is made from a great quality materials. The location is great, some steps from the Railway station, in the heart of Florence. Very calm, no noise and really safe. You can leave your luggage in the parking next door if you leave, but you want to enjoy Firenze for some time. We had a great contact with Silvia, she's available even after the stay. This is the best accomodation in Florence, I really recommend.
