There's a nice bar on the roof but it's not noisy - the music is turned off around 9 p.m. Hotel offers water, coffee, tea and laundry service. TV has the access to streaming services, the internet works smoothly. Beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets available. Rooms are cleaned regularly, bathroom is ok.

The walls had clearly been newly refinished and painted. It is less than a five minute walk to Tlaxcala's zocalo and in a quiet neighborhood.

The host Oscar was super friendly and helpful, he gave us insight of top spots to see, guided us to free parking and even walked us through city center all the way to tourist info. He really did the extra effort to make us welcome in Tlaxcala. They even included free breakfast that was not part of reservation. They did extra mile in every aspect. Leading up to and throughout my stay he was always communicative, and he gave me all sorts of great recommendations for visiting Tlaxcala! The space itself was much more spacious and comfortable than I had imagined, with a real sense of privacy. It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen along with fresh drinking water and fruit available. I really enjoyed this quiet part of town that was easily accessible by public transportation. However, this main floor room was very cold, it didn't get enough sunlight to warm up during the day. A heater would have been helpful. We had lots of blankets, though. I think other rooms would not be so chilly as this one was. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.
