Very clean and neat. At the heart of the airport. Great place to stay if you have an early fly

The staff was great, along with the restaurant downstairs. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear the whole city.

It was in the airport so it was perfect for our night arrival.

Dear pet owners Please take the time to read my full review. I am half Canadian and half Mexican, for me my 2 beautiful Yorkshires are my family. I am glad that I was able to find a spot for my furry friends. This hotel is well known for their hospitality, I had the best experience so far in Mexico City. I had started in all the hotels near by the airport and this is the only one that I could call home.

It was clean and spacious with friendly staff ready to help. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. Two complementary water bottles in the bathroom were provided. The shower had hot water with good water pressure. Located across from the MEX Airport, the free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes took about 6 min to get to the terminal. They have 2 restaurants on the main floor and they provided fruit infused water in the lobby.

The Hotel met my expectations for the 2nd time. The front desk manager Nayeli Elias was a welcoming presence on my check-In. She is professional, engaging, and efficient. I was also greeted by her during my dinner break to see if we needed anything. A wonderful representative for any Hotel. We enjoyed the cool calm vibe at the lounge and the dinner restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC worked great and a small minibar makes for small snacking at night.

It is very close to the airport. and it has hourly airport shuttle. it also has breakfast. it was clean. quiet and the employees were very nice and helpful. it is a great location especially if you have an early flight. Its far from the city, like 30 minutes. but if your concern is to be at the airport because of an early flight like i was, then this is a right choice. because the city traffic is crazy. you dont want to risk getting late to the airport.

The facilities was very nice, close to foro gnp and Palacio de deportes where they have concerts. Close proximity to the airport and the availability of shops and restaurants within the hotel which is located inside a plaza

Well , to be honest with you Hotel & villa 7 Staff was very kind and polite with me and one more thing, it is well located , everything was under my feet , here are clear example : restaurant , bar, bus , train ...

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from GNP Stadium, it's also conveniently located, close to market, stores, food, and transportation. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall my experience was very good. For the location and price, this is one of the best options when attending a concert in Mexico City!
