Great communication and advice from the owners leading up to our stay and on arrival, the hot tub was a hit with everyone and the large lounge gave us a great space to entertain. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a self catering break, beds are comfortable and had a good nights sleep, patio doors lead to garden with table and chairs great for enjoying a cuppa in the sun, the location is great, right in centre of Southam with pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops on the doorstep, we were attending a wedding at Warwick House which was a ten minute walk away, would definitely stay again
