It is hard to comment objectively as this was low season and much of the restaurants and facilities were closed , but it is obvious there is much more in season. The apartment was spacey with a sea view and good value for the money. In October it was not overcrowded with the tourists. Weather was warm and sunny during our stay and there was reasonably priced resort restaurants near by. Golem is the quieter beach down from Durres. This is a touristy destination. It does have lovely bars and restaurants but not the character if yre looking for the idillic beach scene. The best is the location and facilities. It is a very beautiful place, a lot of shows. I only didn´t feel so safe, because people who is not in the hotel can enter and use the swiming pool. My daughter get stolen by another child, who was not in the hotel and those people who are not in the hotel are using the chairs from the swimmingpool and sometimes we didn´t have a spot to sit. Another recomendation is to put more garbage cans, because the beach was full of cigarette butts.AAnonymousCroatia

During the night you can enjoy the smell of pine trees. Long promenade is couple of meters wide is between restaurant and beach. There is no cars or motorcycles on it. It is only for walking. Staff is very kind. Young friendly people. This hotel is ideal for the families with 2 or more kids because it has apartments with 2 bedrooms. We were enjoyed every moment during our holiday in this fantastic hotel.
