I recommend the city of Vlorë, but out of season. There are a lot of neglected beaches, the city is under reconstruction, you can see the investment, but I'm bored and they have to start thinking differently. There is still great corruption in Albania

Vlora is a wonderful city, where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet. Plenty of bars and restaurants with very good service, food and drinks along its 10 km seafront. Mainly Italian kitchen, Greek and its traditional one. White sand beaches and high mountains that rise around. Lots of picturesque spots as Sanctuary of Kuzumbaba, Kanine Castle, Old Town, Museum District, Indipendence Monument, Muradie Mosque, Monestary of Zvernec, Lagoon of Narte and its pink flamingos, Karaburun Peninsula and Haxhi-Ali Cavern, Grama Bay, Sazan Island, The ancient city of Oriku, Mount Llogora and Flag Pine. Very close to best beaches as Jonufer, Radhime, Dhermi, Palase and Jale. People are very friendly and welcoming. And most of all: 300 days of sunlight per year. Vlore have very beautifull walking street with a lot of palms and beautifull trees. Also by night is nice with a lot of caffee bars restaraunts and clubs. The beazches in Vlore are not so celar but after Vlore on the road ti Sarande is a few hotel with private beaches and you can visit them if you pay for entry and included sun beds.

It's nice place with nice Beach. There is some virus circulating between tourists but even with it it was fun and beautiful. People are mostly heartwarming and welcoming. I would definitely come back (but not to same accomodation). You definitely should visit the old beach (plazi Vjeter) and on the end of the beach is amazing beach bar Prior beach bar that has cheep sunbads (3€ for 2 and umbrella) and cheep drinks and snacks. Also San Tropez has good food that is not so expensive (seafood pizza that can easily be enough for 2 person is 10€)Iva

This is a family owned hotel right on the Vlorë promenade area, next to countless restaurants, bars an the beach. Everything is brand new and modern, the rooms are large, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Surpasses most 4 star brand hotels out there. The hosts and owners were wonderful, helped with everything to make us feel at home and served us a delicious Albanian breakfast. A nice covered and locked garage was a bonus for the motorcycle. Next time you visit Vlorë, stay here!

The breakfast was very good and was served in our private balcony, so we can eat peacfully, watching the sea. The bed was extra confortable and big. Neftlix included in our room :) Very kind staff, alway smiling and available. In my opinion, the hotel was a little priced compared to the main value we saw in Albania but it was of very good quality.

She has a lot of good ideas. The place is very nice, you can see the sea and Vlorë. Airconditioning is good. Bathroom is very nice. You can see everything is quite new. It's a little from the road but that didn't bother me because they picked me up. I"ve travelled a lot in Albania and this is one is defenitly one of the best.
