The best place to stay in Sevan I think. This place is an institution of the town, for good reason. The rooms were large, comfortable and very warm- mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are fantastic. There is a full kitchen for you to use on the property, and the hosts often prepare delicious food for you to enjoy. It is in a central location inside Sevan so it is near to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other essentials. I don't see why anyone would stay at another hotel, unless they just wanted luxury- which there is nothing wrong with.

Sasha was very friendly. He was just opening the hotel and we suddenly arrived! He made everything ready as soon as possible. The fish was fresh and also the breakfast was awesome.

Great staff support in anything we have asked for our unplanned one-night stay. The manager was very helpful and arranged heating to be the highest priority in the snowy night. The manager offered us tea and some medical stuff. Next morning, due to high level of snow, we weren't able to pull the car to the highway, so he quickly arrived and helped in this situation. Very galant and modest, highly recommend his services!
