The staff was very nice and helped to solve all my requests (for example to borrow wine glasses in the evening or to store food in the fridge when we wanted to go to the lake after the check-out)
The location is very good with the ability to reach the lake by foot and free parking is available at the property. The apartment was very clean and well equipped (minibar, hairdryer, coffee machine, etc.).

The lake itself is beautiful and there is a bike path going all the way round (about 20 km) which makes a really nice way to explore. There are lots of cafes and restaurants as you travel around. We were able to get there easily by train from Villach. Most of the lake frontage is taken up by private property but there are a few public access points with jetties and parks. I think swimming in the lake would be good although it was a bit cold for us to try.AnneAustralia

The view from the balcony onto the lake was amazing. We also enjoyed the spa/sauna area and the staff was very friendly and helpful, too.
