Perfect location, a few steps from the old town. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, large bathroom, tasty, classic breakfast, clean. Very nice and helpful staff. A big plus for a garage for bicycles.

This modern 4-star superior hotel is located in the center of Villach, right by the Drau River and only a few steps away from the main square. Brilliant modern hotel that caters perfectly to cycle tourists. . Very professional and welcoming staff , fantastic cycling facilities and wonderful rooms with exceptional beds . Has health spa/gym and is well located right between the old town and the rail station . Basic room had big bath with nice town views with large opening windows for fresh air .

Hotel Seestuben enjoys a quiet and beautiful location directly on the shore of Lake St. Leonhard on the outskirts of Villach. Most of the rooms offer views of the lake. This was a perfect idyll for us & we stayed as long as we could on our check out day before travelling to our next destination. We stayed ~30 hours & had all 3 meals there. The room itself was nice. We had one of the newly renovated modern ones & it was very well made. I could see the evidence of ongoing renovation work & incomplete areas mentioned by some other reviews in the preceding weeks and several parts were in progress, but the pace must be quick because we had no interruptions or problems caused by the work at all. It was easy to enjoy ourselves with the construction happening elsewhere. The garden is an incredible lifetime's work that gets sunshine all day & the hotel is effectively on a private lake. We learned unexpectedly that the sunbathing is nude (FKK), which should be made more apparent on Booking.com but we saw a small minority with clothes & people generally limited conversation to people they knew. It was very relaxing with a friendly atmosphere, with plenty of space for all guests; local regulars as well as hotel guests. Hourly sauna aufguss (incense aromatics) in daytime was a highlight. Food at the restaurant was excellent, but note that food orders should be done by 8pm, as kitchen closes at 9pm even though restaurant closes at 10pm. Breakfast was plenty. It was a bit basic compared with some other places we stayed, but satisfying. Family run with longstanding staff makes for a personal touch & they're rightly proud of the place.

Only steps away from Villach Train Station, this 4-star hotel is just 984 feet from the Congress Center and a short walk from the Old Town. It offers a sauna and free Wi-Fi. excellent location literally just in front of the station. breakfast was quite nice. room was huge and bed were comfortable. reception were nice

The Altstadthotel Mosser is a charming and historic hotel right in the center of Villach, only a few steps away from the Congress Center, the train station and the bus station. Very friendly and helpfull staff, they also gave us visiting advices and info and a free Villach Erlebnis card, which was very usefull for us. Breakfast was excellent and serving was also very good. The building is old but has good isolation and the furniture was of good quality and generally clean. Location is 4 min away from city center and similar distance to Train station. We liked the history of the place and the continuation of the family tradition. We thank you for the hospitality!

The DION Hotel Villach is just a 5-minute walk from the center of Villach. It offers free WiFi and free use of its sauna and gym. A train station shuttle service are available free of charge. Friendly staff. We were arriving late, but they left us keys and instructions at the desk. Very comfortable rooms. Good value for the price we paid

This modern 4-star hotel in Warmbad Villach is directly connected to the Kärnten Therme thermal spa, which offers free admission to guests. Nice hotel, high quality breakfast, very kind and helpful staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning personel) Free and direct access to the Warmbaderhof thermal pools (swimming and a warm pool with massage) where you can bath in the spring itself. Unlike the spa this place was not crowded so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic water and the silence
