Just spent a week at this spa hotel with my 18 yr old daughter and we were extremely impressed with the class and quality of the offering. Fabulous food thoughtfully and carefully prepared. Range and quantity would be hard to equal. Amazing cleanliness in all areas. Willing and professional service from friendly staff. Plenty to do - we need to go back to finish it off! No chance of being bored. Hotel frequented by Austrians, Germans, Italians and then a mix of other nationalities. It helped that we both speak German. The overall concept is one of 'living in harmony with nature' and this is evident across all aspects of the hotel. The concept is one coined by the quirky architect Hundertwasser who masterminded a truly unique place to stay. Trouble is, UK now looks shabby!!

Bathroom not v well ventilated. Can't think of anything else!

quiet, clean, the perfect place to relax!

I have reserved a room for one person in the main building but since they were sold out, they gave me an upgrade in the far side of the hotel. The room was nice but I was not satisfy to have to sleep far from the main building.

Very good value for money - half board is included in th price and food is very good, Swing pools and other spa places are not owercrowded, good for rest with small kids

Die individuelle Anlage - einfach unvergleichlich. Ganz besonders die Vielfalt der Thermenbereiche - vor allem der Vulkania-Bereich. Die ausgezeichnete Verpflegung in Form der Halbpension.

Beste Bedienung, ausgezeichnete und reichhaltige Küche; leider (fast) keine Möglichkeit zum shoppen.

Die weitläufige Wellnesslandschaft. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Wir haben auch ein sehr ruhiges und entspanntes Eck gefunden, wo man wunderbar relaxen und lesen konnte. Das Solebad beim Vulkan war der absolute Hit. Die Tage waren absolut entspannend und wir konnten neue Kraft tanken. Danke

Sehr gutes Service, kompetentes und freundliches Personal, alles schön gepflegt und sauber, sehr gutes Essen bei üppiger Auswahl, alles in allem sehr sympathisch und nahezu perfekt, bis auf ein nicht unwesentliches Detail.

Nur eine Sache hat meine Frau und mich gestört und zwar wurde im gesamten Kaffeehaus geraucht. Da wir sehr gerne mehrmals täglich im Kaffeehaus sind, stört der Qualm. Das ausgesprochen nette Kaffeehauspersonal riskiert seine Gesundheit in einem Haus, das sich sonst perfekt der Gesundheit widmet. Passt gar nicht und ist sehr schade!
