Very central located, helpful and nice staff, good food, clean, dog friendly, ..

Room was very large and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, you can even order different types od eggs/omelettes in addition to breakfast buffet. Even though we did not use sauna, the pool and spa area was quite nice.

The location was great. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff was very helpful , friendly and kind.

Everything worked out fine. Could even check in early.

Brand new hotel, and it showed. The staff was wonderful, the lobby was impeccable, and the the room was immaculate.

Security to reach therooms are a must. An upgrade was a very pleasant surprise... bit the real jewell we hope you consider a promotion is Miss Emily, at the desk. She,'s the most smiling, charming and skilled employees one hotel could ever have. She, alone, is an A+.

Perfect location. Just a few mins walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff.

Great breakfast , clean room, nice staff .

Wonderful hotel right in the historic centre . The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing . we love the kids cups and plates for breakfast and the afternoon free complementary coffee and hot chocolate. The beds were comfortable and we slept well as there was no noise thank you. We will come again.

Great location, very good breakfast, welcoming stuff, quiet rooms, sauna.

The hotel was such a great place , perfec!

My room was at the top floor, 5th floor and had a little balcony overlooking the river, it was wonderful, the bed was comfy, all the rooms are newly renovated, the breakfast had an amazing selection and I particularly enjoyed the stone iron fountain in the breakfast room with the water splashing. There was fresh fruit salad with pomegranate and berries, lovely scrambled egg and Styrian goodies. The hotel has lush vegetation around and I walked along the river. It is 10 mins walk from the main square (city centre) and I would stay there again, if the price/value stays the same.

great room great view great location great staff great lobby great price

The staff was really very helpful with everything.

Very friendly staff and the beds were comfortable. Very clean and dinner was delicious! Nice park nearby to walk our dog!

The staff were fantastic, very helpful, kind and their smiles lit the whole room. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Interior design is amazing, from the room we stayed in, to the pool and sauna area and everything was squeaky clean. We ordered breakfast to our room, and on paper, we weren't sure if it's going to be enough. We barely finished the whole thing and it was delicious. I know where I'll be staying next time I'm in Graz. :)

Quick check in and check out, excellent location, clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly, the room service doesn't cost insane amounts and all round a wonderful experience.

very well located; clean; great staff
