Excellent choice for an hotel near Salzburg.
Very good breakfast.
The hotel is nice, and free parking is available right in front of the hotel (if not too occupied), or in a nearby free parking lot. The room is fine, with a nice balcony. Breakfast was fine, and there's also a decent restaurant where we had dinner (though some of the dishes were a bit too salty). There's not much to do in the town itself, but if you're with a car, it could serve as a basis for touring the area: Salzburg city center, the Eagle's nest, and some nice gorges and waterfalls are all within a 20-minute drive.
Cosy hotel in a small, quiet village. The rooms were clean, bright and modern with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was great. Breakfast very good, with a selection of breads, spreads, cereals, eggs, meat, juice, tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and relaxed.
The hotel is in Puch, a village 15-20 minutes from the centre of Salzburg by train and trolley-bus. An all-day adult fare was about €8 and there's a train every 30 mins, always punctual. The Salzburg Verkehr app is indispensable.
The hotel is a bit secluded from the village but is in an idyllic location, full of green meadows and with a great view of the Salzburg mountains. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet, wifi was fast and we especially liked the wood-styled furniture. Also, it was very clean.
We liked everything. We had a very nice room, comfortable beds, amazing view, nice clean bathroom. This hotel is in a very beautiful place. Staff was very nice and polite. We really appreciated that they gave us free train tickets to Salzburg. Good parking. We will definitely come back.
This was a lovely hotel with friendly staff. We really enjoyed the evening meals on the patio - they had a musician who really made the meal enjoyable. The room was nice with comfortable beds.
