I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience my spouse and I had during our recent stay at your hotel.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that enveloped the entire property. The room we stayed in was not only spacious, but also meticulously clean and well-maintained.
I must commend your staff for their exceptional service. They were always ready to assist us with a smile, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference in our overall experience.
Moreover, the tranquility and romance that permeated the hotel's ambiance were beyond our expectations. It was a delight to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse ourselves in such a serene and intimate environment. The moments we shared within the confines of your hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

It’s a fabulous and beautiful town right on the shores of Achensee. It is very family friendly with a great playground for kids and ski school. There are possibilities for so many activities in both winter and summer in the area. Can’t wait to go back.
Excellent and fast communication with staff throughout my stay.
Comfortable and well heated room.
Stocked minibar at reasonable prices. Cutlery and plates provided too.
Beautiful view of the mountains. Balcony with seats and a table for outdoor eating.
Place to keep winter sports equipment.
I checked out early but went snowboarding on the same day. Staff allowed me to keep my suitcase at the accomodation for many hours.
Loved the traditional Tirolean decor!
Excellent location next to the bus stop and Christlum.ski lift.
The staff are super nice. Big and clean room with comfortable bed. Taste food (dinner and breakfast). Many resting area in the hotel area, we can read, rest, nap or enjoy the beautiful mountain view everywhere. Good carpark with charging, easy for electric car. The shower gel and shampoo are also exceeded our expectations, we usually use our own but this time I have no doubt to use which the hotel provided. Overall we enjoy a lot and really appreciate everything.
Great place to stay. We have been to Achensee many times and it is the perfect idyllic Alpine town. The Vaya resort is located right on the hiking routes and everything is modern and comfortable. We travelled with two young kids and two dogs, and the combination of having our own little house yet linked to a hotel was perfect.
I appreciated the room's size and the presence of a separate kids' room within it. The breakfast and dinner offerings were very good, both in terms of variety and flavor, with options even suitable for young children. Additionally, the hotel's playground and outdoor facilities were truly great and beautiful.
Nice little hotel in the Achensee area; great starting point of you want to explore the mountains around; very nice Italian restaurant at the hotel; great breakfast with all you desire; lovely and friendly staff!
Will come back if in the area, for sure!
The friendliness and consideration of the owner and his wife was outstanding.
The hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfast was superb.
Very good, safe car parking and the hotel is in an excellent location.
Great location with easy access to the lake and a nearby waterfall. Fantastic amenities and comfortable, spacious rooms. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley.
Very cozy hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing as well. We liked the attention to details, like putting a dog bed for our dog in our room.
