the complimentary buffet breakfast and security of the hotel. Overall with all the mix ups we managed to have a good time. Also spoke to a lovely lady and gentlemen when we were leaving the hotel who apologised for all inconvenience. lady was rude on the phone at reception when i had asked for things that were suppose to be added with our room. We also got the wrong suite and were not supplied with complimentary fruit and water basket as well as ipod dock, bathing oils and top floor view as promised. Eventually we did get some of the things we paid for as well as a discount as it was the hotels mistake. |
