Intended for small groups and family holidays, the home is fitted with all the creature comforts. This bright and open apartment will see you through the summer in style with an exclusive balcony featuring an outdoor couch and seating area. We believe its all in the details. Hence, we will provide all linen, beach and bath towels, iron, hair dryer and a pod coffee machine to lighten your suitcases. Plus, there is a seperate laundry with a washing machine and dryer so you don't have loads of laundry to return home with. Enjoy ocean views all day long in our open kitchen with stone counters and top of the line appliances (including kettle, toaster & microwave). With 3 Super King beds that can be transformed into 6 King Single Beds, we can accomodate to any family or event with friends. Even if the weather may not be great, our Smart TV, Bose sound system and free wifi will ensure you can still enjoy your stay. Our secure garage provides you with 2 assigned parking spaces free of charge so you don't waste your time looking for parking. We are extremely close to North Wollongong train station (10 minute walk) if you choose not to drive or want to explore more of the Illawarra. We do however have strict house rules. Therefore, we ask you to closely review these before booking with us. - No parties and no excessive noise past 10pm. - No pets are allowed. - No smoking is allowed on the property. Please note we do only allow 6 guests to stay at our property at a time and you will be evicted if additional guests stay. You are required to inform us about additional guests if they have not been accounted for in the booking. A fee of 100 dollars a night for each additional guest will be applied.
