It's a boutique "concept" hotel. Advertising photos had me thinking it was larger. Might have had more towels.
Might have offered a washcloth. Good ventilation.

We showed up at the Hotel VIP and there was no room key at the desk as needed. The room actually was open and we went in, but despite it being a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled of smoke. As they couldn't find the key, we needed to go to a sister hotel and check in there. That room was smaller than the one we arranged for. Driving and parking in the city, due to the hotel change was a pain and cost us a couple hours.

Sarajevo holds the most beautiful and most painful reminders of Jugoslavia and it's worth to visit and explore it. Hold on to your tissues with you for some very emotional stories of the city's siege. History museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a must see, both for exhibition but also for the beautiful building itself.

Sarajevo is a city with soul and one with a rich, albeit sometimes very sad, history. There are quite a few museums to visit, beautiful architecture to see and lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes to enjoy the outstanding local food, drink and sweets in.

I enjoyed touring the Sarajevo 1878 - 1918 Museum which provides repeated videos of the Austrian administration and the assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand. The videos are partly subtitled in English. The displays are equally impressive. Another Sarajevo museum is the Brusa Bezistan, a local history museum. It is notable for the model of Sarajevo in 1878. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vast pedestrain walking area. As for transport, the trams are run on one way streets which run on both sides of the pedestrain area. I recommend the third museum, namely the Olympic Museum which provides repeated films of the Sarajevo Winter Olympic Games which shows a clip of the gold medal winners Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean's winning ice skating performances. Finally I recommend that the Sarajevo City Hall is worth visiting on account of the impressive interior decorations.

Impossible to summarise as I did not have enough time. A wonderful impression of people, culture, clothing, a mix of European, 20th C Yugoslavian style, Turkic (Ottoman) and Serbian styles too.
I would like to return. Service in cafes know to treat to customers and everyone is fluent in English

There is so much history here.
There is so much history here. It really is situated at the crossroads of civilizations. So much excellent food and things to do, and the people are so friendly and helpful. This was our third visit - we can't wait to come back.
Beautiful hotel in the historical center of the city. All best bars, restaurants and museums are near. We didn’t use public transport or taxi, because you can find everything by walk.
The room are clean and feels like home. The owner of the hotel helped us with everything, was super nice and friendly. He took us from bus station to hotel at 00:00 (when we arrived) and also transferred us two days after to station and helped to find the bus.
I totally recommend this hotel and visiting Bosnia
Thank you reception .stuff .cleaner . restaurant everything was excellent
The hotel in great location opposite the river.
Reception was very good welcome us and when we go the room Sebring for us Bosnia sweet as I welcome to the free and there was look after us clean the room every day and the stuff very friendly she asked if you need any help of just contact him inside the room was cattle tea coffee sugar everything it was a great thank you
We stayed in the junior suite. It was spacious and clean, despite the floors being made of carpet. The kingsize bed was fantastic! There was a bar next door, but it was not loud with the windows closed. We were able to park the car right in front of the hotel door, in a courtyard away from the main street. But in order to get there, we had to drive 50 meters on the pedestrian sidewalk (which seems totally okay in Bosnia).
Had a great time at this hotel! I choosed it because I wanted to be away from the noises of the city center to be able to sleep quitely. The area is calm and quite, and I had a good sleep. The bathrooms which are shared, are right next to the hotel rooms. The breakfast was very good, and the owner drove me to the train station. I decided to book another night in a few days on the day before I fly home from Bosnia.
Hotel is located at great location, only 2 minutes to Bascarsija. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. People working there were so kind and they even let us change the room for the better one. Breakfast has limited options as it is based on eggs (not buffet) and has few other things like bosnian version of nutella, honey and cream, but it is still ok to have good breakfast.
The hotel is located in a very good spot. The manager met us in the city and took to the hotel with his own car. Very friendly, totally reliable and helpful staff made our Sarajevo experience unforgettable. They even assisted us to arrange an amazing trip to Bosnia’s must see’s. Thanks for all, this one will be remembered for a long time.
This place was one of the best we stayed in on our trip to Bosnia. Our children felt comfortable here because there were added touches to make it feel homey. Things like board games, children’s books and just the theme of hedgehogs really appealed to them. It was very clean, bright and the hosts were wonderful!
Amazing location. Really close to the city center.
The room was really cozy and amazing value for money.
Breakfast was really good and it was a lot 😱
If I would travel to Sarajevo again, I would definetly book a room at this hotel.
The hotel also has parking spaces and that is a big plus.
Very nice hotel that is located at the old city center. The staff was wonderful. I do not have enough kind words to thank them. We were caught in Bosnia in a very difficult personal situation. The staff was very helpful and supportive. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Booking a stay at this hotel was such a great decision! The customer service was top-notch, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was seamless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay while traveling
Location is excellent to walk to Bascarsija and other sites of attraction. The breakfast is amazing, so much to select from and everything was delicious. They even offered Bosnian Coffee if you ask the hotel staff for it. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious.
Great room, with perfect breakfast and this is value for money. As I saw the facilities, this is really a family-friendly hotel, which is great for Sarajevo. I would recommend staying here to any traveler coming to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This hotel has terrible communicaon and booking system. They sold our booked rooms. When we get there they tried to send us another hotel with an expensive price. They put the rooms online and book it but dont keep rooms for the dates booked!
The host was helpful, communicative. He greeted us, showed were to park a car. Host also gave some recommendations about city visiting. The apartments' ameneties fulfilled our needs (we got everything, that was stated in booking website).
We booked this apartment for the end of December.
The host was very friendly (also speaks very good English).
The location is very close to the city center.
Covered parking (garage).
Very big apartment and comfy.
very neat and nice hotel. The room was clean and big enough to feel comfortable. Also the restaurant under the hotel offers good food, so it is worth booking a room with a breakfast included
Was provided smaller flat then what I booked. As per host it’s some issue with booking website. But host is good, responsive and always ready to help. Overall good stay.
