Welcome to Kenridge Residences located in St. James parish on the West coast also known as the platinum coast of the island! We are located on a hill - with views over the gardens and partial views of the Caribbean sea, this place is simply special. Imagine relaxing on your very own balcony with a cold refreshing drink while you watch the sun set hues over the oceanic horizon! The apartment consists of 1 airconditioned master bedroom including an on suite bathroom with WC and a walk-in shower. The living area contains a pull-out sofa/bed for extra sleeping space which flows into an open plan fully kitted kitchen. The space is ideal for socialising or resting with lots of light as it flows onto a covered balcony. The apartment has a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Secure car parking is available on site. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience in the downstairs shared laundry room.

The apartment is located on a hill, in a quiet community, so sit back on your own balcony, relax and enjoy! Just 500 yards away is the nearest supermarket and bus stop. This is also where you’ll find the stunning west coast beaches covered with white sands and turquoise seas. Enjoy a fresh coconut water (or the local Banks bear!) and soak up the sun and the sea, in undisturbed beautiful Caribbean surroundings. Coast/Beach Fitts village beach is 500 yards away. La Cabane by Batts Rock is 5 minutes’ drive away and offers paddle boarding as well as beautiful food and cocktails in their restaurant and great atmosphere with DJs and their live music. Paynes beach is 5 minutes by car with a variety of water sports including water skiing, snorkelling and wind surfing. Golf Sandy Lane and Royal Westmorland less than 10 mins drive. Barbados Golf Club and Rockley Golf Club 30 minutes drive to the south coast. Travel Grantley Adams International airport is a 30 minute drive. Distances Fitts village is 500 yards away, while Holetown is a 7 min drive. The capital Bridgetown is 10 mins by car. Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap and the south coast is 30 minutes drive.
