Over all it was an ok hotel, the staff was nice. We got upgraded to a huge room that was nice and just huge! Your standard hotel for a best western. Location is ok, had thought was closer to city center but was nice to have that 10 min walk away from the crowds of people. Its a cheap place breakfast was a bit weak, as they did not keep up on refilling the items. |

It's a pretty good hotel. The location is good for my meetings and I like the fact that breakfast is included. The remote on the TV in my room never really worked, which was a frustration. |

great breakfast buffet,staff ex. w/help for travel plans,train info exc... much needed better room service menu. coffee maker in room would be nice. alot of road noise but i didnt mind.(use earplugs) all in all a good value for excellent local.will stay again |

Good location of hotel for accessing many of the sights in Brussels. The bedroom was rather cramped and had no chairs to sit in to relax. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

There was nothing I disliked, but the noise from the tram passing on the street as I stayed on the first floor. Thicker drapes or triple windows pane wouild do wonders |

The staff are very nice, always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast is not luxurious but very correct. There were some hair left in the bathroom when I arrived, and that was a bit dissapointing. |

The hotel is very nice, conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Grand Palace. There are many restaurants within little walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the french restaurant recommend by the staff. Otherwise, very helpful staff, an excellent value for money hotel. |
