Clean Room, Bed was nice This is not "a few steps" from the Grand Place like the web site states. This is a 10-15 minute walk from it. It is still not a bad location, but it is not beside the Grand Place. We left our breakfast menu on the door the previous night to have breakfast delivered to the room (€10), it was never collected and we had to rush down to get breakfast, all that was left from the hot food was some soggy eggs.The bar closes at 11, there is no restaurant. I do not recommend this hotel. |

Nice people at the reception. They have been fairly flexible in addressing all changes I asked to do in my reservation and honestly I had to change many times. The Hotel is definitely well located to visit the city: everything is at a walking distance. They are well organized. Good hotel, it deserves to be recommended ! They do not accept credit cards such Visa Electron. I was informed about that the day after I placed the reservation through www.Booking.com using this credit card. |

The only nice thing about this hotel is the nice lady at the desk, which speaks pefectly french, flemish, germas, english, russian The hotel is really not 4 stars, maximum 3. Needs updating badly, the beds are not comfortable, ugly furniture like a 2 star motel, public spaces outdated and bad shape, breakfast is ok, but really not great. I paid about 80 euros on the weekend, too much for little quality. Do not recomend |

Location, friendliness of staff and good varied breakfast. Our room at the front of the hotel was a bit noisy as it overlooked the main street. Our sleep was disturbed occasionally by traffic, trams and some passers-by. |

The beds. They were perfect. Not 2 meters long but soft and relaxing The cleaning of the bathroom and care of the hotel for my complaint. All dust everywhere and the toilet was used!! Because I wasundressed already I asked the reception to clean it first thing in the morning and to make it good with me. I repeated this to reception in the morning and again in the evening. Nothing was done to compensate or give me better feeling. They do not care about relationship. |

Not in a crowded location but easy access to metro and 10 minute walking to shoping area also park.Good rooms and furniture also delicate sitting area with windows and small balcony. Difficulty with using TV,satelite and dvd with one remote control ! |

Staff were friendly and courteous, room was comfortable, breakfast was more than adequate and included in the tariff, well within walking distance of the city centre, overall a nice hotel at a reasonable price More an inconvenience than a dislike, the restaurant was only available for breakfast, otherwise food was only through room service |

Free of charge for internet access both at the room and the lobby.This was a good advantage. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Grand place or Grand Sablon, or City2 shopping center. Good location with reasonable price. |
