This is not a beach that represents Brazil’s beautiful beaches at all. It’s dirty (I’m taking condoms and used tampons on the sand instead along with seashells), it can be smelly at time, and it’s overly noisy even late at night. I’d never come back. If you want to see São Paulo’s beaches, visit the beaches towards Ubatuba instead.

Overall people is really nice, very helpful with tourist, the beach have a promenade garden all around the whole beach which is really nice. Starting from the road across the beach there are all types of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. just keep in mind that everything close around 9pm so make sure you buy everything you need before that however there is always the option to get a delivery from mobile apps like iFood, etc.
we really like the city, actually thinking in spending the 3 months of Brazil summer there.

I was born and raised in Santos but I don't feel this is my homeland anymore. Nowadays I just come to Santos as a tourist, what gives me the possibility to see the city from another perspective.
Santos is the most important coast town of Sao Paulo State, not just because of its port, which is the most important in south america, but also the city provides good infrastructure and services.
If you come as a tourist I not recommend long stays. Four or five days is more than sufficient to explore the city and its beauties.

City with lots of beautiful sightseeing and historical sites...
City with lots of beautiful sightseeing and historical sites. Should have more investment from authorities to preserve an important part of brazilian history. I enjoy the shuttle old train through old town, immigrants histories, Pele museum and to be so close to big ships!
The hotel was very comfortable. The pool is nice , but not so big. The rooms are spacious and the bed is good. The AC works very well, the bathroom was great. The breakfast has delicious options, especially the sweets. There were a few options of salty food, could be a little more. You can ask for a omelette or taptioca (with toppings) and they will make it. Even though this is not stated anywhere.
I already stayed at this property, several years ago, however, it was another carrier brand the ran the hotel. My wife and me were very disappointed to have our privacy broken by a worker from the hotel showing at our room window very early in the morning . nobody said noting about when we checked in. besides for two days our room was not clean, even we called front desk several times asking for .
The Hotel is amazing! Extremely friendly stuff who even spoke in English (and a bit of Russian:)) with me which is very rare in Brazil:)
The location is perfect as everything is in a walking distance.
The room was clean and spacious, and the view from the window was awesome.
The breakfast is fabulous! There is plenty of choice of different food for any taste.
We've stayed here three times before, and although we like the location and the overall amenities (pool, bar, restaurant), the quality of service has diminished with each visit to the point that we will likely seek other accommodations the next time we come to Santos.
Location, location, location! First time in Santos, learning about the city...and felted safe my entire stay! Super friendly. From the owner to the employees I only can say thank you! Obrigada! Wonderful time & experience! Santos, SP is calling you!
The location was good for my needs. I did not have any problems in this hotel. The room was cleaned daily and the towel and sheets changed. Wi-fi worked well for my purposes (checking e-mail, messages, searching the internet, weather, maps).
The hotel was in a decent location. For the most part, it was fairly clean and organized. The staff was friendly and the valet was fast. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the beds were comfortable.
As expected the location is just across the beach, shopping center is just adjacent to the hotel building, and within the city center. Breakfast is good. The staffs are very helpful as well.
A bit old room/hotel but clean and functional.
The breakfast was rich in fresh local fruit and with variable food.
They speak English what is not very common in this part of the world.
Room had a great view and overall the hotel seems very impressive. Spacious rooms and the restaurant/breakfasts were great! Nice touch with WhatsApp communication and information
