Beds were super comfy, even the pullout couch bed!! Breakfast was decent, a little lacking in imagination but it got the job done. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location convenient to Niagara and Niagara on the lake. Property borders a scenic canal and Park area.

Clean, cozy and very convenient for a family to stay in. Kitchen was large with a cute little back deck, the play room was amazing for children and having multiple bathrooms was wonderful. Easy check in and out and customer service was friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed waking along the old canal trail ,= a minute from the hotel , also sitting in one of the chairs provided, at water's edge watching the Niagara Rowing Club go by., so relaxing.

A great mid-sized town filled with friendly people and in the middle of a wonderful touristic area mixing the beauty of natural trails and more mundane pleasures such as vineyards, the quaint touristic charm of Niagara-on-the-Lake and, of course, the famous Niagara Falls.

at the Residence was a Religious Indi Party and they cooked on our floor ( terrible curry smell) all night. Lot of people back and forward to eat 🙄.
Bad experience!!
The apartment was perfect for the needs of my sister and me with two bedrooms. It's new and has a full kitchen, a well-stocked coffee corner, and there were water bottles in the refrigerator. The host was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled. We were visiting family in Welland, but the drive to Niagara Falls was easy even during tourist season, it only took about 20 minutes. Well worth the savings.
Location was perfect, we were there for a regatta, very close to the course.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was a great size, we had a suite, it was comfortable and had the right space for what we needed. Very clean. I was impressed with the kitchenette.
Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced at any hotel stay, and the server was lovely.
Everyone was very cheerful and efficient.
this hotel was wonderful. I had written a glowing report for this hotel and given them a five star across the board yet when my review showed up , it gave a one star, == a huge mistake, as this is a sparkling clean hotel with wonderful staff I would not hesitate to reccommend this hotel. WE stayed five night in Oct 2021, No complaints what so ever, this is a FIVE star rating.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing great value for money. The hot breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a pleasant touch to the stay. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and making sure all our needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Welland Niagara area.
We just needed a reasonable place to for a quick stay as we were doing the Welland triathlon on the morning. It has a full size fridge, so great for our needed nutrition for the race (being able to freeze water). Check in was smooth and friendly. TV was a nice touch- wasn't expecting that for the residence.
The property is in a very convenient location. Free breakfast was good, too. Staff was super friendly and was very attentive in trying to resolve the issue we had with our first room. If you don’t mind the smell of cigarettes or a slightly dated hotel to get a cheaper rate you will be happy here.
The property is close to many amenities and it is enough in the town so that you feel safe. You can either buy groceries or visit several restaurants varying in price range nearby. The town of Welland is so tucked away yet so accessible and close enough to Niagra Falls so you can enjoy both.
I was aware that this was like a dorm room and there were no utensils or other simple amenities present. This was a low-cost, no frills, clean room that was also cheaper than other surrounding hotels.
It was nice hotel if you want economic trip to Niagara… the hotel have good bed, all necessary things and breakfast option too… the hotel is beside Toyota car showroom so security is up to mark
I loved the pond in the back of the hotel. It distracted from the view of the highway. I liked that the hotel was so new. I have stay at other Holiday Inns and I really like the decor aswell.
Very large rooms. Staff very helpful, had a problem with 1 of the televisions upon arrival and maintenance man was excellent! He is the best! Quiet setting. Lots of T.V. channels.
Kind and helpful team, clean and confortable room, nice breakfast.
Window door providing daylight and access to private parking lot with chairs
Many restaurants next to the hotel
Location was close to our party in St. Catharines. The weekend over Canada Day causes hotels to raise their prices to double what they might normally be.
