Stayed here for the night on the way through. Great little motel, really good value. Met all our expectations. It was also pet friendly which was great as I was travelling with my dog.
Some history in the town. We like the walk around, just make sure you have good footwear. We mostly eat at the Hotel. Would imagine there are things for younger couples. We are both in our 80s but still find things, just not as loud or fast like 10 years ago. If the falls is open it is good for photos & even if closed you see a lot.

Grand Falls Gorge is amazing, and the downtown core is cute and worth a visit. The best thing bout Grand Falls is the country side in either direction there is jaw dropping scenery everywhere you look once you get off the beaten track.

Would have appreciated a room in the main building, no Wi-Fi in the cabins which were very small, and next to a busy railroad. I would not recommend this place. Didn't even have clean chairs on the deck of our cabin so we could sit outside. Did not meet our expectations.

I would not use this location if you have bad knees or difficulty with stairs as the room I had was on the second floor with no elevator and the tall, wide staircase was a challenge for me, especially when carrying up luggage.

Grand Falls needs a makeover. It is tired.
Grand Falls needs a makeover. It is tired. CBD under construction so maybe it will have some attraction afterwards. Access and egress from the highway to B&B was totally weird. Not the B&B fault - city / province fault. Restaurant meal we had was bland and not at all memorable in any way. They apparently have no seasonings or spices in the kitchen. And it was apparently the best place in town. I will be leaving restaurant review on their site.

A lovely town, with a great main street with lots of places to eat. Although the Falls don't have a lot of water on at this time of year (we were told the best time is Spring), the rocks were still stunning to look at.
Staff are great - friendly and super helpful. Rooms are as advertised.
Parking is easy, plentiful and free.
Pet fee is fair at $30. We have a non-shedding, 12 lb toy poodle. I doubt if there’s any extra effort required from your cleaning staff for our dog, compared to a large, long haired and shedding dog.
Some hotels give a welcome package for pups. I’d suggest a bowl for water and perhaps some treats. The Delta hotel gave him a tennis ball, cookie treats and a roll of biodegradable poop bags. Smart.
After 10 hours driving it was great to arrive. Staff so helpful, friendly and professional. It is in a great location just off main highway . The hotel has lots of amenities including a very well equipped exercise room that I did not expect. A nice little pub at night is a good choice and breakfast in the morning is quite good with quite a few offerings. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Will stay again.
Buffet cooked and continental breakfast provided. Helpful staff with regards to our questions about visiting the Grand Falls - beautiful and free! Definitely worth seeing. Conveniently located not far from the trans Canada Highway for a break in our trip from Quebec to PEI.
Clean rooms. Good location.view of the river. The breakfast was a hungry man breakfast. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel/motel. Huge and very tasty. The waitress Chantelle I think her name was, was awesome. Bottomless coffee with breakfast.
Well location near attraction “the grand falls and gorge walk”. Parking is free for all car parks around grand falls. Nice cozy room with very comfortable bed. The owner, Norma makes perfect and delicious breakfast.
Such a wonderful staff, walking distance to the “town” such as it is…there is not much to do in Grand Falls, but the lovely staff and comfortable room, with great breakfast make staying there a treat/
Friendly welcome by Norma - very gracious host. Room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Walking distance to the beautiful little town of Grand Falls
I asked for a view and got my small bathroom window……not one of these hotels I have booked for this trip have any lighting
Dark and Dingy. I’m thinking of not using you anymore
This was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom in particular was immaculate. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Grand Falls.
It was not far from the highway; the room was clean and well thought out. It was interesting to be so close to the Falls and I noticed there was a museum nearby.
