The place was more spacious than the photographs suggest so we were greatly surprised. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom included everything we needed even extra towels. Norris Point is beautiful & central to all the things Grosse Morne has to offer: beautiful scenery, beaches, hiking trails, tours by land or water, museums & entertainment in nearby Rocky Harbour. The people are warm, friendly & helpful: typical Newfoundlanders:)

Out East is a plain, but clean and comfortable, accommodation. Jean was an excellent host - her breakfast was homemade and yummy! We enjoyed our boat tour around Bonne Bay - we caught it at the Cat Stop which is a short walk from Out East.

Lovely town with great nightly entertainment at the Cat Stop. Burnt Hill trail offered spectacular views of Bonne Bay. Had a great meal at Rudy’s and the bread pudding with partridge berries was to die for.

Norris Point is right in the middle of one of the most beautiful National Parks in Canada (Gros Morne). It is a quiet town but close to Rocky Harbour, nice trails, beach, and of course the Gros Morne.

Great starting point to explore/enjoy Gros Morne Nat'l.

Great starting point to explore/enjoy Gros Morne Nat'l. Park. Within walking distance of our B&B we took a kayak tour, visited an aquarium, took the ferry over and back to Woody Point where we visited the Discovery Center (to get an understanding of the geology of the area).
