I stayed from 19th to 21st of July, 2015. First of all the agent was available only between 11 to 12 noon, Sunday, for me to collect the keys and I had to cancel my plan to accommodate it. But then, I understood that its not like hotel. So that was still fine. We were 5. Me, my wife, my 2 months old baby and my in-laws. We arrived late and were chit chatting till 11 PM. We felt the unit to be hot and found that the air-conditioner was not working in the living room. My in-laws went to sleep first in the small bedroom were the a/c was working. To my shock, the a/c was not working in the master bedroom as well. The room temperature was steadily increasing from 24 to 26. I had a digital thermometer. 26 is really high for a 2 month old baby with breathing challenges. At 1 AM I lost my patience and called the agent. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised that she answered my call. I apologized for having to call her at that time and told that I had to call because of the baby. But she told that she is helpless at that hour. I understood. She blamed the weather outside for the issue. It was probably the hottest week of the year. We left the balcony door open and managed to get some sleep. We were very tired. To my dismay, the agent kept telling the same thing for my entire stay, even in the day time, that the weather is to be blamed and that she couldn't get any technician to look into it. And yes, the a/c in the living room and the master bedroom never worked during my entire stay! The second night, we took the small room for the baby and had to put the in-laws in the boiling room! Poor them. While checking out I called her and asked if she can refund the money partly if not fully. She told that unfortunately she can't do it because the a/c was partly working, i.e.., in the small room!!!! Its not just the money but the mental agony.
The location, view and the cleanliness of the unit.
