An absolute waste of money.
An absolute waste of money. My husband was debating just sleeping in the car for our layover. Unsanitary and misleading. No cups in the bedroom, no towels, front door was always open only had a key to our bedroom. When we arrived we had to let ourselves into the house and only when we were calling up the stairs did anyone come to greet us. He walked us to our bedroom (which was right beside his own) and didn't try to explain any of the available facilities. While we were walking up the stairs to our room, there was trash scattered across the floor of one of the bathrooms, and the rugs could have used a vacuum. I had to ask for towels and he only gave us one even though there were two of us. Could not get out of there faster.

I stayed at the Residence in from Feb 13-17, 2023. The front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. The room felt dirty. The carpet and sofa were not clean and I did not even sit on the sofa. The room had a kitchenette which I only used to wash my water cup. The room had a roach infestation. As soon I turned off the kitchenette lights, the roaches came crawling out onto the counters. During my 4 night stay I killed at least 3-4 roaches (the ones I could catch). One night when getting out of bed to use the washroom, a roach crawled under my foot! absolutely disgusting!! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. They also do not clean the rooms unless you request it! I learned this the hard way. After my request to have my room cleaned, they only cleaned once throughout my entire stay. I would not stay at another Residence Inn after this experience. The breakfast staff were very friendly. the coffee was good and the breakfast was satisfactory.

I forgot to display my Handicap placard while in the the hotel parking lot. Parked right outside the front door. Placard was viable through drivers side window. Vehicle registered with hotel reservation. Parking lot less than one third full. Mississauga Police placed a $400.00 ticket on my wind shield at 10:30 PM for not having my placard displayed properly.

Only five minutes from the airport. Close to downtown Toronto and within an hour of Niagara Falls and Canada's Wonderland. For out of country visitors it also offers professional Football, Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, and Box Lacrosse.

I like our stay ,very clean and the receptionist is very helpful when i ask her to open my wine. my only concern is the shower in the bathroom it takes forever to have a hot water. other than that. The Breakfast is very good. i can booked my next holiday again.

The location right off the QEW was convenient, but there is not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel that can be reached easily on foot (very busy roads) - a car is essential, but this is true for the Toronto suburbs in general - thing are plentiful but far apart.

Due to Air Transat changing flight times it meant we were stuck in Toronto for 18hrs till our flight to Manchester. We arrived at the hotel after a 24dollar cab fare (rip off), at around 0730hrs the receptionist let have breakfast as we were leaving at 2100hrs that day, and did her best to find us a room, we were very tired, we got into a room 405 at around 1000hrs, very grateful.

Yes, the bathroom fan was noisy but I turned it off when I went to bed... Location worked really well as we were heading west on the 401 in the morning and we were clear of the Toronto traffic. The hotel is new and very well maintained. The staff are very helpful and understanding. The hotel location is genius very close to highways and Mississauga city centre with a specious parking area. Everything is clean and the complementary breakfast is a great add. The laundry option is another one. I stayed there for two weeks and I really felt like home.
