a very nice woman, as I understand it, she is also the manager of the hotel. Brought a kettle to the room. I ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. The hotel room was very clean. everything needed was in the room. in general I am very satisfied

it was such a comfortable experience, i was allowed extra time to check out as well and honestly, being in the room made me want to stay there all day and not go around outside because it was that comforting !!

Nice quiet comfortable place. Room & shower area refurbished to high standard. Helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Clean place. I recommend Neu Isenburg. 2.1km from S-Bahn. I walked in evening and took Taxi in morning back to S-Bahn(Euros10.00 cash only).

We thought we had booked the Holiday Inn at the airport. This hotel is a 15-20 min drive from the airport!!! discription is misleading. This hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful, it was just not where we wanted to be

Sauber means clean in German and it is spotless from the bathroom, to the beds, to the extra blanket, to the breakfast room. Though off the beaten track this hotel offers an excellent city stay, near the Neu Isenburg Shopping Center and Tram 17 into town. An extremely courteous and attentive management, automated late entry, with a varied German style breakfast, all at a fair price, as well as private parking (free), make this hotel compete favorably with any grander hotel in the area.

Kitchen was well-equipped and host left items like coffee. our host Sabine was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a small problem during our stay and she came immediately to deal with it. Definitely would recommend this, particularly if you are flying to or from Frankfurt. Parking in front of the house.

The gas station at the end of the road was very reasonable. The property faces a large park with walking baths and trails. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood set away from the noise on Frankfurterstrasse. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast was lovely. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and a lovely sitting area and bar downstairs
