The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff.
The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff. The room was modern, very well appointed and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Lutz, the manager, made us feel very welcome. He has a great knowledge of the area, in particular the wines and wineries, and made many suggestions for our future stays. The only aspect of our stay that the host could improve, in our view, is the manning of the reception. There was no-one on the reception when we arrived at 19:15 and no-one attended after ringing the desk bell. We had to go and look for someone to assist us. That said, we will most definitely stay at the Romantic Hotel Villa Sayn again.

Forest, green, climbing place in the forest right behind the hotel. Comfortable parking. We arrived a little earlier checkin time. There is a phone on the door that you can call. A nice lady on the phone arrived in 5 min. Explained and showed everything. Breakfast place is super close. Nice walk of 3 min. In a beautiful place too, along a stream in the forestry area.

The suite was large, having a saina in your room makes the whole sauna expereience very comforable.
