Modern, cozy, fully furnished apartment with a patio in a green neighborhood. Equipped kitchen with utensils, microwave, toaster, water kettle and a washing machine. Relaxing bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. Free street parking all around. Closest bus stop just 3 minutes away and very good connectivity to the city center and to major cities like Düsseldorf, Dortmund etc. Shopping centers, parks, groceries, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. are all available in 15 minutes walking distance.
I am an engineer by profession and I love to play table tennis, darts and cricket. I travel a lot and have stayed all around Europe and I try to bring in the experience of hosting from my experience as a guest. Recently bought my own house and prepared a separate two-room set as an apartment with its own entrance and looking forward to welcome guests in a beautiful neighborhood of the city.
The neighborhood is very green, quiet and family friendly. The apartment is in a residential area with free street parking everywhere. There is a big hospital within 5 minutes and there are two big shopping centers within 15 minutes distance where one can find groceries, florists, bakeries, ice cream kiosks, hair salons, pharmacies, fast food kiosks, manicure & pedicure shops etc. Sechs-Seen-Platte (six lakes plateau) which has beach lined swimming lakes, hiking trails and picnic spots is 20 minutes away by car. The Duisburg central shopping street (Königstraße) has many restaurants, shopping stores, shopping malls, an opera house, a casino and everything else one can imagine. The Duisburg Zoo is one of the best zoos in Germany and has an extremely popular live dolphin show. Just 15 minutes away by car, this is a must-visit point! Many other attractions include the Tiger & Turtle mountain, Küppersmühle museum, Inner Harbour, Waterways museum, Landschaftspark, Elfrather Lake, Textile museum, Styrum castle, Moers castle, etc. Major cities like Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund, Wuppertal are only 30 minutes away. Amsterdam is 2 hours away, Antwerp & Brussels is 3 hours away.
