The flat in the first floor in a nice old house. The flat has 2 sleeping rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bath room with shower and a big living room. The flat (67 square meters) has been renovated and refurbished in 2016. Each sleeping room offers space for two persons. There excellent connections via Highway and Public transport system: Train ====== The railway station can be reached by foot in ca. 250m). Direct connection to Köln (Cologne) and Köln Deutz Messe (Fair Trade) in ca. 30 minutes. Furthermore, with one stop in Solingen Ohligs you can reach Düsseldorf Flughafen (in total ca. 45 min). Bus === The next bus stations offers a direct connection to Düsseldorf center (Königsallee and Heinrich-Heine Allee) . From the center of Düsseldorf you can then reach Düsseldorf Messe (Trade fair canter) in a couple of minutes.
We live in the ground floor of the house and can give you hints and advises during your stay.
Nature and Environment ==================== You can reach the protected nature reserve with a small river (Ittertal) by foot in a couple of minutes. Its ideal for relaxing and jogging after a hard working day. Infrastructure and Restaurants ========================= You can find several restaurants in the near neighbor ship. There are e.g. a good Italian Pizzeria (Piccolo Sud, ca. 250 m) and an Italian estaurant (Casa Pio, ca. 500m). In the center of the town (ca. 1,5 km) there are further good restaurants (Italian, Greek, German brewery style) and cafes.
